We have implemented OpenID Federation in the Go programming language and provide a various oidfed-related tools:

Library: A go library that can be used by other programs to enable oidfed support.
LightHouse: A flexible Trust Anchor implementation.
OFFA: A Forward-Authenticator that allows existing applications to use oidfed auth.
Resolve Browser: A web tool to view Trust Chain.
